REQUIREMENTS: Education: Electromechanical Engineer Minimum Experience: 4 years as area manager (VERIFIABLE) Knowledge of diesel engines (MANDATORY). Flexible working hours. KNOWLEDGE: \* Manage, operate and oversee the various services of the maintenance department \* Manage resources assigned to the department to effectively achieve and fulfill departmental objectives. \* Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. \* Essential technical knowledge of tractor-trailers, maintenance of gas and diesel injection engines, tire management, fleet management, and vehicle diagnostics. \* Coordinate and review work performed by current or future workshops or mechanics for the rolling stock. \* Maintain control records for each unit regarding performed maintenance, purchased spare parts, and labor for the fleet. \* Ensure that the entire vehicle chain is in optimal condition for operation. \* Vehicle image control. \* In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations.
