**Job Description:** At Corporativo PYCESA, we are a leading company in the field of low- and medium-voltage electrical construction in Mexico, with over 21 years of experience in the market. **Responsibilities:** * Document filing and organization * Electronic invoicing 4.0 * Journal entry recording (income, expense, daily, and chronological order) * Reconciliations (accounts payable, VAT, bank accounts, etc.) * DIOT filings * Payroll and IMSS account analysis and review * Accounting and tax depreciation * Tax return preparation * Working papers for monthly and annual tax filings * Filing and working papers for official requests or invitation letters * Submission of electronic accounting records * Vehicle loan credit control * Payroll Tax and RTP * Registration with the State Taxpayers’ Registry * Control of monthly and annual cumulative amounts * Determination and validation of SDI, ISN, ISR, and IMSS * Other accounting tasks and document control activities **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Proficiency in ContpaQ and NomipaQ * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of electronic accounting * Knowledge of IMSS payments **Schedule and Location** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * **Work location:** North Zapopan (near Gran Terraza Belenes) * **Mandatory requirement:** Residency within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms **Workplace:** On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
