IHG benefits (preferential rates at chain hotels) At **Holiday Inn Mérida**, we are seeking a **Revenue Manager** with solid experience in the hospitality industry, responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through accurate management of rates, inventory, and distribution channels, aligned with IHG standards. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute **Revenue Management** strategies for rooms and other revenue centers. * Demand analysis, pickup analysis. * Rate management and optimization in PMS, CRS, and OTAs. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts. * Market analysis, competitor analysis, and pricing positioning. * Coordination with other departments. * Compliance with IHG corporate guidelines and reporting requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Finance, or related field. * **Minimum 2–4 years’ experience** as a Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry. * Proficiency in **PMS (Opera preferred)**, Channel Manager, and OTAs. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of hotel KPIs. * Intermediate–advanced English (mandatory). **Key Competencies** * Strong analytical and numerical focus * Data-driven decision making * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Results orientation **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * IHG benefits (preferential rates at chain hotels) * Job stability and professional development Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,200.00 – $22,400.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
