




Job Summary: Support the Accounting Manager in recording accounting transactions, provisional tax payments, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in accounting and financial recordkeeping 2. Performing bank and payroll reconciliations 3. Calculation and filing of provisional tax payments General Objective: Support the Accounting Manager to ensure all company accounting transactions are accurately recorded on a monthly and annual basis; assist in determining provisional tax payments and performing administrative tasks required by the accounting department. Job Responsibilities: * Perform accounting entries * Conduct bank reconciliations * Review employee receivables accounts * Record payroll transactions * Prepare payroll and invoice reconciliations * Manage SAT portal * Calculate and file provisional tax payments; additionally, assist with assigned administrative tasks such as payment requests. Education: Technical degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Accounting Experience: 2 years of experience Accounting entries, preparation of bank reconciliations, determination of provisional and annual tax payments, experience in invoicing and managing the SAT portal.
