Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, age\-appropriate lessons that align with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). * Support the social, emotional, and academic development of preschool students. * Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. * Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary learning experiences. * Communicate regularly with parents to share student progress and foster strong school\-home partnerships. * Prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized, stimulating learning space. * Supervise students during instructional and non\-instructional times, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. * Participate actively in school events, professional development, and community\-building activities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. * Previous teaching experience with preschool\-aged children; IB experience is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents. * Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards supporting young learners. * English language proficiency; Spanish is an asset.
