You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle, strengthening retention, and creating engaging initiatives that make people feel supported and connected. You will own and elevate the employee experience across the full lifecycle: * Lead the **end\-to\-end onboarding experience**, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success. * Manage and maintain **accurate employee records** and HR systems. * Actively monitor employee satisfaction, engagement, and potential turnover risks, **intervening early and proactively**. * Design and execute **virtual engagement activities** (events, webinars, celebrations, contests). * Partner closely with internal teams to communicate employee needs and improve overall fit and experience. * Support key HR processes such as time records validation, salary change communications, feedback meetings, and offboarding processes. * Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing timely, empathetic, and professional support. **Must\-haves:** * Experience in **HR Generalist, Employee Experience, or Retention\-focused roles** * **Advanced English** * Excellent communication and active listening skills * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion * Experience supporting **remote teams** * HRIS experience (Bizneo is a plus) If you’re someone who loves turning HR into a meaningful experience and wants to make a real impact on people’s daily work lives, **we would love to meet you.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in 06600, Juárez, CDMX
