Description

Consolidate and expand our national and international client base through a consultative, personalized sales approach aligned with **The Main Event Cabo’s standards of excellence**. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our value proposition in the **wedding and luxury events industry in Los Cabos**. The role requires effective communication in both **Spanish and English**, ensuring seamless service across multicultural markets. **Main Duties** * Manage, serve, and follow up with potential and current national and international clients. * Present and promote event planning, design, production, and furniture rental services professionally (Spanish–English). * Prepare and deliver personalized quotes and proposals, focusing on **luxury, detail, and unique experiences**. * Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics, floral, and event planning) to ensure feasibility and quality of proposals. * Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and industry events. * Maintain and update client and prospect databases, ensuring proper follow\-up on opportunities. * Meet and exceed sales targets while strengthening the company’s positioning in the **Los Cabos luxury events market**. * Oversee event execution when required, ensuring excellence in service delivery. * Support promotional and sponsorship initiatives. **Required ProfileEducation** * Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within **hospitality, tourism, luxury, or premium services**. * Previous experience with international clients, especially in **destination weddings or luxury events**, is highly desirable. **Knowledge \& Skills** * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Knowledge of luxury\-level customer service standards. * Proficiency in digital communication and CRM tools. * Ability to convey trust, empathy, and professionalism. * Aesthetic and cultural sensitivity to align with luxury market expectations. **Personal Attributes** * Proactive and results\-driven. * Strong team player with a multidisciplinary mindset. * Exceptional attention to detail and client service. * Ability to operate in multicultural and international contexts. * Positive, elegant, and professional presence.
