Position Sought: BAKERY SUPERVISOR Objective: Ensure compliance with the production schedule, meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring efficiency across all processes and optimal utilization of material and human resources. Requirements: * Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Personnel management experience * Flexible availability Responsibilities: * Manage the assigned team by organizing shifts according to the production schedule (unionized personnel) * Monitor team training activities * Manage required inputs for producing various biscuit varieties * Prepare production performance reports * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards and protocols * Promptly monitor unsafe conditions and acts during production * Submit corrective maintenance notifications via SAP system * Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for any issues * Handle payroll reports, personnel incidents, and staff schedules Schedule: Three rotating shifts, Monday through Friday full-time and Saturday half-day; Sunday is a day off.
