We seek a VMware vSphere Specialist holding at least two current VMware certifications to implement and manage the virtualized environment of the DRP / Alternate Data Center (VMware ESXi 7 \+ vCenter 7, ASA\_DRP cluster with HA and vMotion). **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Install, configure, and fine-tune VMware vSphere Enterprise 7 (ESXi \+ vCenter Server 7) in the DRP environment. * Configure and manage High Availability (HA) and vMotion clusters. * Manage the 17 virtual servers listed in Table 1 within the DRP environment. * Maintain updated VMware versions (fixes, VMware Tools, drivers) throughout the contract term. * Provide customer read-only/monitoring access to the vCenter console. * Participate in Failover and Failback testing. * Coordinate with the Replication Specialist to ensure compatibility between the VMware infrastructure and replication software. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Artificial Intelligence, Programming, or Informatics (degree certificate and professional license required) * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience administering and implementing VMware vSphere in production environments * VMware ESXi, vCenter Server, vSphere Enterprise — installation, configuration, and administration * HA, DRS, vMotion, and virtualization cluster configuration * Storage management (datastore, VMFS, iSCSI, NFS) integrated with vSphere * Virtual network administration (vSwitch, dvSwitch, port groups) * VMware vSAN — configuration and administration (desirable) * **Technical English:** Intermediate-Advanced level — ability to read VMware documentation (mandatory) * **Work Modality:** Hybrid — remote work with 24/7 availability for incident response and DRP activation **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS** The following technologies are mandatory; any certification or accreditation increases hiring chances. ***ATTENTION: The certifications marked below are MANDATORY and ELIMINATORY.
