Resolve incidents and prepare reports on the security status. **Header \- External** ------------------------- **Position Objective** --------------------------- Enforce the Organization’s security policies/regulations by utilizing various security tools and processes applied to devices, to safeguard information and ensure the proper operation of the company’s endpoints and servers. Implement and strengthen configurations to protect the organization’s SPI data, preventing data theft/leakage through specialized procedures and tools designed to prevent sensitive information leakage, thereby ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing organizational risk associated with information handling.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Administer endpoint and server security solutions including: EDR Crowdstrike (Antivirus, FIM, File Vantage, Kubernetes, Device Control), Zscaler (ZTNA), Netskope (CASB, DLP, Antimalware), Forcepoint DLP, HSM, Voltage (Secure Data and Secure Email), Vision One (IPS), encryption tools (Bitlocker), security patching, and third-party software (Endpoint Central), etc., to ensure all systems are securely configured and regularly updated. 40% Determine compliance audit processes (PCI/SOX, RIM, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, among others) to maintain secure and compliant work elements per corporate policy guidelines. 30% Implement and define actions required to achieve compliance across endpoint and server management solutions, based on the Organization’s Security Policy. 15% Determine incident resolution and prepare reports on the status of endpoints and servers via charts, tables, or presentations, as well as on detected incidents, to identify current issues, propose solutions to mitigate impacts, and maintain documentation thereof. 15%**Education (Minimum and Preferred)** -------------------------------- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (completed) Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (completed)**Experience (Minimum and Preferred)** ---------------------------------- Minimum Experience: 2 years Preferred Experience: 3 years**Licenses/Certifications Required** ---------------------------------------- Certification in Security and/or Security Tools. 80%**Languages (Speaking, Writing, Reading)** --------------------------------- English Speaking 80%, Writing 70%, Reading 70%.**Required Computing Packages** ---------------------------------- MSO 365 Linux Windows Powershell**Footer \- External** ----------------------------
