Professional development with continuous training **Job Objective:** We seek a RESIDENT SURVEYOR to coordinate, execute, and supervise surveying activities on a construction site or civil engineering project, ensuring accurate measurement, recording, and analysis of terrain and construction characteristics, as well as adherence to the project’s scheduled timelines. * **Statutory benefits** * **Base salary of $18,000 to $20,000 net** * **Monday to Friday** * **Continuous training** **Education:** * Surveying Engineering * Civil Engineering * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture **Experience:** More than 4 years in the position. **Competencies:** Planning, problem solving, teamwork, effective communication, technological tool proficiency, leadership, organization, time management, problem solving, interpersonal relationships, attention to detail, flexibility, stress management, results orientation, accountability, internal customer service, time administration. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Knowledge of Construction Codes and Regulations. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to earthwork projects. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Operation of surveying equipment. * Project Planning * Intermediate Microsoft 365 proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and understand the project. * Perform site layout and leveling based on drawings for earthwork execution. * Monitor and control construction progress during layer formation, cuts, and fills throughout the construction process. * Operate surveying equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance. * Conduct topographic surveys for drafting plans and proposals. * Plan, organize, and control assigned human, material, and financial resources to fulfill project objectives. * Coordinate and manage machinery operations and logistics during earthwork processes. * Generate records and reports of surveying activities, including measurements, stakeouts, and relevant observations. * Request payments from contractors and suppliers according to their progress. * Participate in developing project planning and scheduling. * Track and update progress, and implement strategies to meet planned targets. * Provide technical support and resolve issues for contractors and internal staff.
