The primary objective is to oversee the lamination workshop and thermal processes, ensuring operational efficiency, reduction of resin/fiber waste, and compliance with the industry’s most stringent quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Supervise production flow from kit cutting and manual lamination/vacuum infusion to autoclave or oven curing and final finishing. * **Material Control:** Manage inventory of critical and perishable materials (Pre\-pregs, epoxy resins), optimizing carbon and glass fiber utilization. * **Team Leadership:** Manage and train operational staff in vacuum techniques, bag sealing, and mold handling. * **Technical Assurance:** Ensure processes comply with engineering specifications to prevent defects such as porosity or delamination. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement productivity metrics (KPIs), cycle time tracking, and 5S programs on the production floor. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in production management, including at least **3 years of direct experience in composite processes** (Mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Molding processes: Vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM), RTM, manual lamination, or autoclave. * Handling of resins, fibers, and core materials (Honeycomb/Core). * Advanced blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation. * **Language:** Technical English (ability to interpret manuals and reports). * **Software:** ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive base salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers and savings fund. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Career development opportunities in high-tech sectors (Aerospace/Energy).
