Academic Profile and Experience * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Physics, or Education with a specialization in Mathematics. (Degree and teaching license are mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 to 2 years teaching at secondary and upper-secondary levels. 2\. Technical Competencies and Knowledge * **Content Mastery:** * *Secondary:* Arithmetic, basic geometry, introductory algebra, descriptive statistics, physics. * *High School:* Advanced algebra, trigonometry, physics, analytic geometry, differential and integral calculus, and probability. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Moodle. Mastery of mathematical software such as **GeoGebra**, **Desmos**, or graphing calculators. * **Pedagogy:** Knowledge of active learning methodologies (Problem-Based Learning, Flipped Classroom) and competency-based assessment. 3\.
