




Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to coordinate production in metal-mechanical manufacturing, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of production projects and processes. **EDUCATION:** Industrial Engineer or related degree; training in industrial field and personnel management **EXPERIENCE:** Coordination roles, **preferably in metal-mechanical manufacturing plants, minimum 5 years** **SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Present performance and progress reports to senior management. \* Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. \* Strictly apply company standards and safety guidelines. \* Actively participate in strategic quality plans, policies, and procedures. **KNOWLEDGE:** Metal-mechanical production processes (preferably Sheet Metal). Manufacturing methods (Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, 8D, etc.). Industrial safety. Ability to interpret procedures, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Use of measurement and testing instruments. Office software. Organizational and leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: \* Plan and organize production. \* Monitor production activities. \* Manage the work team. \* Supervise personnel under direct responsibility. * Track project activities to achieve business objectives. * Monitor and track project execution to ensure all customer requirements are met. * Identify and manage necessary resources during tracking, review, or delivery sessions. * Monitor and mitigate risks associated with project execution. * Analyze project outcomes regarding timeliness, quality, and cost to achieve expected profitability. * Ensure proper project planning and tracking. * Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders. * Procurement planning.
