Job Summary: We are seeking a Heavy Machinery Diesel Mechanic with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of construction equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting for the position of: **“Heavy Machinery Diesel Mechanic”** Experience: **3 years** in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery (Construction Sector), including excavators, backhoes, crawler tractors, compactors, motor graders, sweepers, pavers, equipped with CUMMINS, DETROIT, CATERPILLAR, INTERNATIONAL, MERCEDES BENZ engines; assembly and disassembly of engines, etc. Knowledge: * Operation of internal combustion engines * Hydraulic systems * Pneumatic systems and basic electrical systems * Repair of hydraulic pumps * Operation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of construction machinery * Handling of hazardous substances * Proficiency in machinery parts software * Interpretation of hydraulic diagrams * Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams * Use of scanner, multimeter, vernier caliper, and pressure gauge * Waste classification * Spill control **Responsibilities:** * Assembly, disassembly, and adjustment of diesel engines. * Repair of heavy equipment and machinery. * Repair of hydraulic pumps. * Repair and calibration of diesel injectors. * Repair and diagnosis of faults in hydraulic and electrical systems. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery and engines (CUMMINS, DETROIT, CATERPILLAR). * Reading of diagrams, blueprints, and interpretation of manuals. * Logging reports in logbooks. * Handling of substances and waste. * Knowledge of internal combustion (diesel) engines. * Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, servo transmissions, torque converters, and use of diagnostic equipment. **General Knowledge:** * Knowledge of internal combustion (diesel) engines. * Hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, servo transmissions, torque converters, and use of diagnostic equipment. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Direct employment by the company * Job stability **WORK LOCATION:** Atizapan de Zaragoza **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
