Certified Public Accountant (degree holder) Experience: * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing general accounting for companies or accounting firms. VERIFIABLE WITH LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION. Key Responsibilities: * Monthly and annual closings. * Submission of SIROC / REPSE information (training available for performing this task). * Preparation of financial statements. * Tax stamping of receipts and invoicing. * Cost and budget management. * Accounting and tax reporting. * Accounting entries and bank reconciliations. * Cleanup and consolidation of asset, liability, and expense accounts. * Filing of monthly tax returns, and sending/receiving information to/from SAT (Mexican Tax Authority). * Expense documentation control and administration. * Audit coordination and support. Knowledge and Skills: * Management of material resources and capital. * Tax requirements for invoicing. * Budget control. * Expense control. * Accounts payable. * Financial reporting. * Personnel supervision. * Oral and written communication. * Microsoft Office suite. * IDSE, SUA, SIROC, INFONAVIT. * Vehicle operation (desirable).
