Cost control and monitoring during construction execution ***SOLCOM "INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE"*** *Currently seeking:* * **COST AND BUDGET ANALYST** *Requirements:* * Experience: 2–3 years in construction cost and budget management. * Education: Civil engineering, architecture, or related field. *Knowledge:* * Unit price analysis. * Budgeting software (Neodata, Opus, or similar). * Current construction standards and cost regulations. * Reading and interpretation of construction drawings. *Responsibilities:* * Prepare construction budgets based on drawings, technical specifications, and item catalogs. * Develop unit price analyses (UPA). * Estimate construction quantities (quantity take-offs) to determine actual and projected costs. * Prepare quotations and tender submissions for construction projects. * Control and monitor costs throughout construction execution. * Request and analyze quotations for materials, labor, and specialized services. * Ensure budgets comply with internal and external regulations and guidelines. *We Offer:* * Competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience. * Weekly payments. * Option for indefinite-term contract. * Complimentary uniforms. *Schedule:* * Monday to Saturday. *Location:* * Lomas de Capistrano (Calacoaya).
