




Request information and documentation from the Client * Execute the Shareholders’ Meeting Minutes process. * Complete process for Company Incorporation. * Verify information and documentation to carry out procedures before the authorities. * Submit and track procedures before the authorities. * Collect official receipts of submitted procedures. * Safeguard official receipts in physical and electronic files. * Send the official receipt of the procedure (either original or electronic copy) to the Client. * Digitize documents such as Shareholders’ Meetings, Powers of Attorney, and Acknowledgments for electronic filing. * Document safeguarding. * Send contract or agreement reviews or drafting. * Support in drafting, reviewing, and tracking civil, commercial, and corporate contracts. * Support in assembling and updating corporate files for companies. * Drafting simple legal writings. * Legal research on corporate, commercial, and company law matters. * Tracking company incorporations, bylaw amendments, granting and revocation of powers of attorney. * Support in preparing shareholders’ and stockholders’ meetings. * Attend notary offices, institutions, and authorities required for following up on departmental matters. **Salary** $4,000 net **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **Pay Frequency** Biweekly **Software** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and management of physical and digital files. **Additional Requirements** * Basic knowledge of procedures before Public Notaries and the Public Registry of Commerce.
