**Job Description** **Who will you be working with?** The Enterprise Tools team falls within the Wabtec Tech Services IT service organization. The team owns, architects, operates and supports a wide range of tools for use across the entire worldwide Wabtec Enterprise. One of the main goals of the team is to collaboratively enable the enterprise to do its best work. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the Enterprise Tools group, you will be responsible for lead Agile delivery across multiple cross\-functional teams. This role is critical in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure the successful delivery of high\-impact products and services. **What will your typical day look like?** * Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). * Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure team progress and productivity. * Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well\-groomed product backlog. * Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. * Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies and align on delivery goals. * Support onboarding of new team members and acquisitions into Agile processes. * Champion Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to scaling Agile practices across the organization. **Our Commitment to Embrace Diversity:** Wabtec is a global company that invests not just in our products, but also our people by embracing diversity and inclusion. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know. **Qualifications** **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required. * 3\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or enterprise tools environment. * Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and complex product portfolios. * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict\-resolution skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). **Additional Information** **What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?** At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job \- it’s about the impact you make.
