Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor to manage training, coordinate DC-3 deliveries, update safety files, improve risk management, and verify safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage internal and external safety and hygiene training 2. Implementation and verification of safety regulations 3. SHE SUPERVISOR (Safety and Hygiene Supervisor) REQUIREMENTS * Education: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree holder or finalizing degree process) * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. KNOWLEDGE * Industrial standards. * Safety, hygiene, and workplace organization conditions on construction sites. * KPIs. ACTIVITIES * Manage internal and external training * Management and coordination of DC\-3 deliveries * Monitoring, updating, and preparation of safety and hygiene files * Risk improvements and validation of tools in each area * Validation and management of safety signage in each area * Implementation and verification of regulations (STPS, CIVIL PROTECTION, etc.) * Perform all activities necessary to fulfill assigned duties and those expressly delegated by the immediate supervisor. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
