**Job Mission:** Collaborate in complying with current regulations to ensure safety in properties under any hazardous or risky situation that could cause an accident. **Key Responsibilities:** Contribute to the development, coordination, and training of civil protection plans, emergency response plans, and civil protection brigades to prevent or minimize previously identified hazards or risks, thereby establishing conditions to respond effectively to any emergency. Support the implementation of courses and drills for property personnel to mitigate risks and accidents during contingencies that may endanger them. Support safety training to comply with current regulations, ensuring personnel understand the guidelines they must follow at their workplace or the procedures to be implemented in case of emergencies. Compile necessary information for civil protection inspections and internal/external audits, as well as for processing official procedures before governmental authorities to meet regulatory requirements and avoid violations or penalties.
