We are seeking: **Maintenance Assistant.** * Flexible availability of working hours. * Proactive. * Responsible. **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. * Experience using power and hand tools. * Physical dexterity and stamina. * Minimum 2 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in assigned departments and facilities. * Verify proper functioning of facilities. * Carry out general repairs in areas including carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, electrical work, and metalworking, among others. * Provide timely support to other departments as required. * Conduct routine maintenance on units located across various sites. * Respond promptly to any emergency situations arising within the facilities. * Identify opportunities to optimize resource usage, reduce operational costs, and promote energy savings. * Understand job-related hazards and correctly apply corresponding safety measures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas.
