**Position** Warehouse & Logistics Leader **Schedule*** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break) Saturday: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM Day off: Sunday *This schedule may be adjusted according to the brand’s growth. **Gross Salary** $21,500 (approx.) **Net Salary** $18,000.00 + Statutory benefits + Bi-weekly payment **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation of XINÚ’s warehouses—from receiving through to distribution of materials and finished products—guaranteeing order, traceability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. The Warehouse Leader will be responsible for coordinating the operational team, managing inventory, reducing shrinkage, optimizing logistics processes, and maintaining constant communication with Production, Purchasing, E-commerce, and Operations Management. **General Responsibilities** **Comprehensive Warehouse Management** * Supervise the operation of all warehouses: raw materials, finished goods, shrinkage, pantry, and live raw materials—ensuring order and compliance with standards. * Guarantee proper storage, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), traceability, and optimal storage conditions (cleanliness, temperature, labeling, and safety). * Coordinate receipt, inspection, and registration of materials and products in accordance with lot, expiry, and quality policies. * Supervise material dispatches to production, branches, e-commerce, or customers—verifying accuracy, presentation, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date logs, inventory reports, and internal systems, ensuring full accuracy and traceability. **Team Leadership and Supervision** * Lead the area’s operational team, fostering a collaborative, orderly, disciplined, and continuously improving environment. * Coordinate tasks, distribute workloads, and monitor daily objective achievement. * Train staff on procedures, safety and hygiene policies, quality standards, and logistics workflows. * Conduct performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and internal audits to identify improvement opportunities. * Promote a culture of shared responsibility, product care, and commitment to the brand’s values. **Logistics and Distribution** * Coordinate and track local and national delivery routes, ensuring complete, timely, and undamaged deliveries. * Supervise returns, special orders, and shipping/delivery documentation. * Collaborate with Purchasing and Production to plan material requirements and advance replenishment based on demand forecasts. * Verify logistics documentation: waybills, delivery notes, receipts, and invoices. * Monitor the condition and availability of packaging, materials, and transport vehicles. **Inventory and Shrinkage Control** * Conduct cyclical and physical inventories, reconciliations, and system variance analysis. * Implement controls to prevent shrinkage, picking errors, and losses. * Record and classify shrinkage with proposed disposition (disposal, rework, or donation). * Monitor critical stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment or procurement. * Maintain updated KPIs on inventory accuracy, turnover, and efficiency. **Communication and Continuous Improvement** * Ensure consistent communication with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service, E-commerce, and Operations Management. * Report incidents, expiry risks, and logistical needs promptly. * Participate in planning meetings, proposing improvements to workflows, layout, processes, and systems. * Keep forms, logs, and records updated, organized, and audit-ready. * Promote innovation and operational efficiency, always aligned with XINÚ’s sustainability and excellence values. **Key Competencies** * **Operational leadership:** Ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain staff motivation and discipline. * **Organization and planning:** Skill to anticipate needs, prioritize activities, and manage multiple concurrent processes. * **Effective communication:** Active listening, clarity in conveying information, and ability to mediate or resolve issues with other departments. * **Attention to detail:** Accuracy in counting, recordkeeping, traceability, and document control. * **Analytical thinking:** Ability to detect deviations, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions. * **Accountability and commitment:** Achievement of goals and adherence to brand policies and values. * **Proactivity and continuous improvement:** Willingness to identify opportunities and contribute to departmental growth. * **Resilience and adaptability:** Positive handling of unexpected events, high workload, or operational changes. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.** * Proven experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of **FIFO/FEFO, batch control, and expiry date management.** * Proficiency with digital tools and inventory management systems. * Preferred experience in premium or artisanal manufacturing/consumer goods companies. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
