




At Exel Solar, we are looking for a highly motivated **Technical Support** agent with strong problem-solving abilities. If you have experience in technical support, a solid understanding of photovoltaic systems, and a customer-oriented attitude, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics, Renewable Energy, Electricity or Electrical Engineering * Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to electricity and/or photovoltaic systems. * Intermediate level knowledge of Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), oral and written communication skills, ability to use photovoltaic equipment monitoring platforms (inverters, solar panels, etc.) * Required skills: Results orientation, customer service, creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork. * Availability to work on-site **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and resolve customer technical inquiries * Diagnose, escalate issues, and prepare detailed technical reports * Ensure customer satisfaction * Coordinate the loan material shipping process: * Train external or internal customers: **We Offer:** * Biweekly base salary * 50% meal subsidy * Benefits according to Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Working hours from Monday to Friday **Note:** We do not request any financial compensation or payment at any stage of our hiring process.
