




**Functions:** * Prospect and generate your own portfolio of residential clients * Timely follow-up on leads generated by the company * Prepare and present commercial proposals * Explain to the client the economic (savings) and technical impact of the solar system * Close sales and provide initial support during the installation process * Report progress and results independently, without the need for micromanagement **Requirements:** * Gender indifferent * Technical or Bachelor's degree * Experience: 1–2 years in sales * Intermediate English * Availability to travel * Assertive communication * Proactivity * Self-management * Sense of responsibility **Knowledge in:** * Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy, CFE electricity rates, and residential consumption is valued but not required. * Consultative sales process: listening to needs, designing solutions, explaining economic and environmental benefits * Use of CRM or customer tracking tools (Hubspot, Monday, etc.) Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Bonus based on closed sales **Workplace:** On-site employment Job type: Full-time, Trial period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: From $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site employment
