Position: BESS Energy and Systems Specialist Location: Veracruz (Port), Ver **Experience and Knowledge:** * **+3 years of experience with BESS energy storage systems** * **+3 years in energy storage system (BESS) design or integration.** * BESS system sizing and calculation: capacity, power, discharge rate, operational cycles, efficiency. * Technical component selection: batteries, BMS, inverters, protection devices, cabling. * Reading and interpretation of single-line electrical diagrams. * **Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and energy sizing tools (desirable: HOMER, Matlab, PVSyst).** * Knowledge of battery, inverter, protection device, and electrical component selection and integration. * Experience in field installation or technical supervision. * Execution or technical supervision of functional and acceptance tests. * Technical documentation of project progress. * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field (degree required) Willingness to work both on-site and in the office (50% / 50%) – Mandatory Willingness to travel – Mandatory **Salary:** $40,000 – $43,000 Tax-Free | Negotiable Statutory benefits Food vouchers Employment type: Full-time Salary: $39,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to reside in Veracruz (Port)?
