Position: BESS Energy and Systems Specialist Location: Veracruz (Port), Ver **Experience and Knowledge:** * **+3 years of experience in BESS energy storage systems** * **+3 years in the design or integration of energy storage systems (BESS).** * BESS system calculation and sizing: capacity, power, discharge rate, operational cycles, efficiency. * Technical selection of components: batteries, BMS, inverters, protection devices, cabling. * Reading and interpretation of single-line electrical diagrams. * **Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and energy sizing tools (desirable: HOMER, Matlab, PVSyst).** * Knowledge of battery, inverter, protection, and electrical component selection and integration. * Experience in installation or technical field supervision. * Execution or supervision of functional and acceptance tests. * Technical documentation of project progress. * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field (graduated) Willingness to work both on-site and in the office (50% / 50%) – Mandatory Willingness to travel – Mandatory **Salary:** $40,000 – $43,000 Tax-Free | Negotiable Statutory benefits Food vouchers Employment type: Full-time Salary: $39,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to reside in Veracruz (Port)?
