Collaborating in recreational and social activities **JOIN THE CASA ELITE TEAM!** At Casa Elite, we continue growing and are looking for committed, professional individuals with a service-oriented vocation to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. * Support feeding and hydration. * Accompany and assist in recreational and social activities. * Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of elderly adults. * Report incidents, health changes, or special needs to the appropriate staff. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care for elderly adults. **Requirements:** * Age: 23 \- 45 years old * RFC, NSS, and INE are mandatory * Preferably residing within Mérida, Yucatán * Nursing degree and license, or certification as a nursing technician * Availability for shift rotation **Salary:** $9,577\.22 net monthly pesos, with weekly payments of $2,205 net weekly pesos **Shifts:** Work schedule follows alternating high-week and low-week patterns as follows: * *High week:* Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday (4 days) * *Low week:* Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (3 days). *Day shift:* 7 AM to 7 PM; *Night shift:* 7 PM to 7 AM (availability for shift rotation required). **Benefits:** * Free employee transportation * Dining service (2 meals per day) * Sunday premium pay * Statutory benefits from day one * Birthday off with full pay If you are interested in this position, please apply without delay — we will contact you shortly.
