




Company dedicated to the **purchase, sale, and consignment of used cars** is looking to add to its team: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Position Objective** Assist with administrative and accounting tasks of the agency, ensuring control of files, proper invoice issuance, recording of receipts and payments, as well as bank transaction reconciliations. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $10,000 net * **Benefits:** As per labor law * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Location:** Colonia Pensiones, Mérida, Yucatán **Requirements** **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, or related fields**. **Experience:** At least **1 year in administrative tasks, billing, or collections**, preferably in the automotive industry or similar businesses. **Knowledge and skills:** * Proficiency in **Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)**. * Basic knowledge of **electronic invoicing and collections**. * Preparation and management of **client files**. * **Bank reconciliations** and support in accounting records. **Main Responsibilities** * Keep client files up to date (credits, sales, documentation). * Manage accounts receivable and follow up on payments and installments. * Process cash, credit card, or bank transfer payments and issue corresponding receipts. * Calculate and process **sales advisors' commissions**. * Assist with **invoicing, issuing receipts, and supplier payments**. * Prepare basic administrative and financial reports. * Provide support to management and sales department in administrative tasks.
