Develop and maintain business relationships with clients Location: Next to the PEMEX Tower. **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and supervise the company’s lithography commercial strategies to increase sales of printed products (packaging, labels, advertising materials, etc.), strengthen the client portfolio, and ensure achievement of commercial and profitability objectives. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement sales strategies for lithographic products and services. * Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve commercial targets. * Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients. * Identify business opportunities in sectors such as advertising, packaging, publishing, and industry. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. * Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer behavior. * Coordinate with production and design departments to ensure orders meet customer requirements. * Supervise customer service processes and post-sales follow-up. * Participate in pricing, promotional, and commercial campaign planning. * Prepare periodic reports on commercial results for management. Job Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or high school diploma. **Experience:** * 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the graphic arts, printing, or lithography industry. (Preferred) **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of the lithographic printing process and graphic materials. * Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. * Sales negotiation and closing techniques.
