REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in photography and video production for events, photo sessions, etc., at any brand/company. * Proficiency in photo and video editing and production tools. * Strong communication skills; attention to detail regarding textures, lighting, and color. * Flexible availability. * Portfolio of photography and video work required. JOB OBJECTIVE: To capture and produce high-quality photographic/video material reflecting the magazine’s editorial line, aesthetic, and brand identity—contributing to strengthening the visual image of each print issue and digital content. RESPONSIBILITIES: Photography and Video Production * Conduct studio, on-location, and social, cultural, and corporate event photo/video sessions. * Direct models, guests, or clients during sessions to achieve optimal visual expression. * Select appropriate settings, lighting, and angles aligned with the magazine’s aesthetic line. Event Coverage * Document social and cultural activities, including event details and attendees’ names. * Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet client requirements and support publication on social media or in print editions. Editing and Post-Production * Edit and retouch photographs and videos (color correction, lighting adjustments, framing, fine details) ensuring quality and consistency. * Prepare images and videos in required formats for both print and digital media. Visual Identity and Style * Maintain consistency with the magazine’s editorial line and aesthetic across all productions. * Propose visual styles and photographic trends applicable to the publication’s identity. File Management * Organize, categorize, and securely store the magazine’s image archive. * Ensure availability of photographic material for special editions, anniversaries, and digital campaigns. Internal Collaboration * Coordinate with editorial, design, and social media teams to align photographic content with each project. * Support conceptualization of covers, features, and special sections.
