Position Summary: Management hub in Tabasco that coordinates local operations with centralized departments to ensure continuity in editorial, commercial, and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and liaison with various centralized departments and regional branches 2. Team management and administration of daily office operations 3. Account follow-up, commercial prospecting, and renewals **Purpose of the Position:** To serve as the management hub in Tabasco, coordinating local operations with centralized departments to ensure editorial, commercial, and operational continuity for the branches under its responsibility. **Responsibilities:** Liaison with Centralized Departments * Coordinate with the Cancún branch on editorial and design matters related to Chiapas. * Coordinate with the Mérida branch on editorial and design matters related to Tabasco. * Serve as the point of contact with Administration and HR regarding personnel management and operational matters. Team Management * Direct supervision of: Distribution Manager and Reporter. * Liaison with the Operations Manager regarding printing-related management and matters. * Liaison with the Mérida Branch Director regarding commercial matters. Office Management * Administer daily office operations. * Expense control and coordination with local suppliers. Commercial and Customer Activities * Follow up on local accounts and customers. * Commercial prospecting and renewals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in coordination, editorial, or commercial roles. * Generalist profile with ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different departments. * Willingness to travel within the region. **We Offer** * Statutory Benefits (100% salary integrated into IMSS) * Grocery vouchers equivalent to 5% of salary, effective upon completion of one year of service.
