**Journalist for Media Outlet** **Required Profile:** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a Journalist and/or News Editor in the press. * **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of media, excellent writing skills, and experience creating informative content. * **SEO Knowledge:** Ability to optimize news content to improve its visibility and reach on search engines, ensuring maximum digital impact. **Responsibilities:** * **Research and Coverage:** Identification and coverage of relevant news events at local, regional, or national level. * **Information Processing:** Organization and processing of information intended for dissemination through media outlets, ensuring content accuracy and relevance. * **Writing:** Writing of news scripts and informational segments. * **Selection and Validation:** Selection of shots and images, as well as validation of sequence to ensure content coherence and quality. * **Content Proposals:** Generation of proposals on relevant topics, articles, and reports that resonate with the audience. * **Event Analysis:** Identification, updating, and analysis of the most relevant events constituting high-impact news in the region. * **SEO Optimization:** Application of SEO strategies in content writing and editing to increase visibility on digital platforms. **Desired Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Creativity and initiative in content creation. * Ability to lead teams and coordinate with other departments.
