This role combines **creativity, technical judgment, and flawless execution**, working closely with sales and production teams to deliver materials that meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. This is not solely a creative position: here, design **gets printed**, cut, assembled, and delivered. Responsibilities: * Development of **branding and visual identity** (logos, brand guidelines, graphic applications). * Design of **printed materials**: flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, displays, POP materials, editorial and corporate pieces. * Packaging and commercial materials design. * File preparation for **prepress**: color management, resolution, fonts, bleeds, and formats. * Technical file review prior to production. * Design of complementary digital materials: social media, banners, and web assets. * Interpretation of briefs and client requirements. * Revisions and corrections based on internal and client feedback. * Adherence to delivery deadlines and simultaneous project management. Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **Adobe InDesign** (editorial). * Experience in **prepress and printing processes**. * Handling of color profiles, resolution, and print-ready formats. * Knowledge of **typography, composition, and layout**. * Desirable: experience with **CorelDRAW**.
