We currently have two publications in the Mexican market: ***Modern Machine Shop México*** and ***Plastics Technology México***, as well as organizing several proprietary events: ***Meximold*** and ***Plastics Recycling LATAM***. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience, demonstrated through an online portfolio * Excellent spelling and grammar * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) * Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere (preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Familiarity with MAC/Windows operating systems * Full-time availability * Language: Advanced English * Strong verbal and written communication skills **COMPETENCIES:** * Organized * Responsible * Works well under pressure * Committed * Proactive * Honest * Team player 1\. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Primary Responsibilities:** * **Graphic design work**, as required by projects undertaken for Gardner Business Media (print media, digital media, social media, email campaigns, exhibition/event design, etc.) * **Website development and/or maintenance**, as required by projects undertaken for Gardner Business Media (using platforms such as Wix, Weebly, or others as needed) * **Pre-flight ad review** – reviewing advertising files to ensure compliance with specifications and/or adjusting ad dimensions as necessary; supporting editing and/or adaptation of client advertisements, etc. **Secondary Responsibilities:** * **Event support**: logistics and organization according to each event’s requirements, including on-site attendance when required * **Direct interaction with vendors** in the design/printing/booth construction sectors and others * **Assistance to exhibitors/customers** (customer service), as required by projects for Gardner Business Media * **Requesting quotations**, as required by projects undertaken for Gardner Business Media * **Support to the graphic design team**, according to project requirements \*This position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above.
