Digital Prospect Follow-up * Follow up on messages from potential customers. * Route leads to the sales department. * Record prospects generated via social media. Community Management * Engage with followers to foster interaction and engagement. * Moderate comments and manage potential crises or negative feedback. * Maintain a professional tone aligned with the brand identity. Support for Digital Campaigns * Publish content related to promotions, campaigns, or events. * Collaborate with designers to create visual assets. * Assist in promoting advertising campaigns.
