This position targets creative professionals with a practical focus and understanding of the commercial process—capable of transforming real projects into content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives conversion. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, film, and edit audiovisual content for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). * Conduct on-site filming (facilities, projects, offices, and events). * Publish content and manage messages and comments on social media platforms. * Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to translate complex processes into clear messaging. * Analyze basic performance metrics and make operational adjustments to content. * Independently execute the editorial calendar. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in content creation and social media management. * Professional filming using both cameras and smartphones. * Vertical video editing with strong visual sense, rhythm, and storytelling ability. * Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar). * Drone experience is desirable. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Direct participation in real and visible projects * Collaborative and results-oriented environment **Work Location: NORTH** If you are interested in a role where your work has a direct impact on the brand and business outcomes, **apply through this channel**.
