This position offers a growth path to Social Media Manager, including training in strategy, analytics, and paid campaigns. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, and the website. Manage direct messages, comments, and mentions. Identify content trends and opportunities. Coordinate with design and video editing teams. Participate in monthly content planning. Support organic and paid campaigns. Monitor basic metrics (engagement, growth, reach). Prepare weekly reports with recommendations. Conduct benchmarking. Support digital crisis management. Maintain an up-to-date editorial calendar. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Community Manager. Experience managing multiple platforms. Knowledge of digital metrics. Proficiency in scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.). **Preferred:** Basic knowledge of paid campaigns.
