




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to plan, manage, and execute high-quality content calendars, analyze performance results, and collaborate across teams to optimize content strategies. Responsibilities: * Planning, managing, and executing high-quality content calendars aligned with brand objectives, ensuring organic integration. * Analyzing content and campaign performance to generate actionable insights that impact content strategy. * Accessing, reviewing, and interpreting platform metrics (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to support data-driven decision-making. * Collaborating consistently and closely with all departments to achieve optimal results and drive continuous improvement. * Reviewing copy, visuals, and messaging prior to publication. * Monitoring editorial calendars and deliverables closely to ensure orderly and effective content management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, preferably within an agency setting. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver pending items on time and accurately. * Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail. * Practical knowledge of social media platforms and their native analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
