Content Manager Location: Mérida, Yucatán – Colonia Maya Company: Agrotech RS, a company dedicated to marketing ostrich-derived products. Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the digital content strategy for the group's brands. This position requires a combination of analytical and creative skills to strengthen digital presence and generate audience engagement. Responsibilities: Design and implement the digital content strategy. Plan content production and supervise its execution. Publish content strategically and manage the digital community. Analyze competitors and trends to optimize results. Prepare performance reports and content metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Social media management experience. Basic video editing (tools such as CapCut). Knowledge of copywriting and content scheduling. Basic photography knowledge. Salary: $12,000 net monthly Benefits: Vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, and additional benefits Bi-weekly payment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs (1-hour lunch break). Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
