If you are passionate about sport, customer service, sales, and being part of a DreamTeam… **Turn your passion for sport into a professional adventure**. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Commercial:** * Ensure customer experience through physical or digital solutions that meet their needs. * Guarantee department profitability and implement necessary action plans to achieve established objectives. * Ensure your department delivers best-in-class customer service on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at checkout counters, maintaining Decathlon’s standards. * Ensure all merchandise is received and displayed correctly according to our guidelines and commercial strategies. * Drive achievement of store-wide sales targets while simultaneously meeting departmental sales goals, leading your department team to exceed customer expectations. **Human Resources:** * Identify optimal talent attraction sources. * Recruit top talent for the project you lead. * Develop talent, continuously evaluating—jointly with the Store Manager—the performance of each colleague and providing consistent feedback to drive results and achieve the store’s commercial and human objectives. * Ensure administrative management of your team in accordance with Decathlon’s established policies. **Operations:** * Efficiently perform operational duties: store opening and closing, cash handling, and administrative management procedures. * Guarantee store security and loss prevention to ensure accurate inventory and merchandise flow, minimizing unknown losses. * Contribute to your own safety, that of your colleagues, and the establishment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * You have completed higher education studies. * You practice some form of sport. * Proactive and solution-oriented. * Proficiency in sales and inventory systems. * Leadership skills. * Passion for customer service. * You serve as a role model for your team and act as an example to follow. * As this is a retail position, 100% weekend availability is required. **Additional Information** * Monthly base salary: $18,000 MXN. * Bonuses. * 30% discount on our products (from day one). * Grocery vouchers (from day one). * Training and career development plan. * Christmas bonus equivalent to 30 days’ pay (pro-rated based on days worked during the year). * Vacation bonus of 50% (pro-rated based on days worked during the year). * Statutory benefits (from day one). * Two days off per week. * Major medical expense insurance (effective after completion of probationary period). * 18 vacation days (pro-rated from day one based on days worked during the year). * Partner agreements and discounts on sports venues and activities (effective after completion of probationary period).
