Job Objective: Maintain and enhance the aesthetic appearance and health of green areas (gardens, parks, offices) through diligent care of plants, trees, shrubs, and lawns, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. Main Responsibilities: Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, hoeing, and edging lawns. Pruning and Shaping: Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to control their growth and shape. Irrigation: Applying water manually or via irrigation systems according to plant needs. Pest Control and Fertilization: Safely applying fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides to protect plants. Cleaning and Collection: Collecting trash, leaves, and pruning debris, keeping the area tidy. Equipment Handling: Operating and maintaining hand tools (shovels, rakes) and machinery (lawnmowers, hedge trimmers).
