Your role will be to actively approach prospective drivers—especially those already active in the industry—at high-potential field channels such as shopping malls, high-traffic zones, and transportation hubs. We seek candidates with strong commercial orientation, persuasive ability, and a proactive mindset—those who enjoy face-to-face interaction and can successfully convince drivers to join DiDi. This position will be pivotal to the strategic growth of DiDi’s driver base in your city. Role Responsibilities: ### **Responsibilities** * Prospect and engage potential drivers at field channels (shopping malls, events, high-traffic zones). * Persuasively present DiDi’s value proposition to convince industry-active drivers to migrate to the platform. * Build and manage strong relationships with partners and venues that facilitate driver acquisition. * Execute acquisition strategies to meet or exceed established targets. * Follow up and report results, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems. * Provide feedback on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and new recruitment opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Support) to ensure a frictionless activation experience. * Represent DiDi professionally, enthusiastically, and consistently in the field. Role Qualifications: ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory). * 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or driver acquisition (ideally in mobility, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods). * Hunter mindset: proactive, competitive, resilient, and autonomous. * Proven track record of achieving ambitious commercial targets. * Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with clear deadlines. * Availability to work in the field across various city zones (80% field work).
