Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **3 years of experience in:** * Procurement and supply management for CapEx infrastructure projects **Technical Knowledge:** * Procurement of machinery, automation services, and electromechanical installations for industry * Sourcing and development of new suppliers for CapEx categories * Preparation of purchase orders * Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency * SAP or similar ERP system proficiency * Knowledge of tendering and bidding processes, including coordination of negotiations for strategic CapEx projects * Intermediate English (B1/B2) **Responsibilities:** * Lead sourcing and development of new suppliers for CapEx categories to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. * Ensure efficient execution of tendering and bidding processes. * Coordinate compliance with standards and policies during purchase order preparation and release. * Develop dashboards for CapEx procurement data analysis. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Procurement and Legal) to timely prepare and sign project contracts via the contract portal. * Track purchase order releases and supplier dispatch of purchase orders. * Prepare comparative analyses. **Competencies:** * Strategic Vision, * Decision Making, * Organization and Execution **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Economics–Administration Industrial Engineering or related field **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.*
