You will expand the client base while maintaining loyalty and effectively promoting banking and brokerage products and services, delivering excellent-quality personalized attention and service to our clients. **About This Vacancy** With you, our clients’ experience begins—you will be their first contact within our Wealth Banking division. You will identify their needs to provide appropriate solutions, promote product and service adoption, encourage usage through digital channels, and contribute to service quality at BBVA. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Increase client base loyalty and retention, * Enhance clients’ business through products offered by the specialized network and the entire financial group, * Attend to and serve High Net Worth Individuals, * Understand clients’ investment objectives to achieve optimal results, * Strictly adhere to policies, * Safeguard and preserve the portfolio of clients in the Wealth Management segment, * Appropriately diversify clients’ investment portfolios based on investment guidelines and recommendations from the Investment Strategy Division.
