Continuous training **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Assistant to ensure the proper supply, control, and preparation of medical materials and supplies used in surgical procedures. This role is critical to ensuring equipment arrives on time and in full compliance with current quality standards and regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and delivering medical materials, supplies, and equipment * Preparing and assembling orders for surgeries and procedures * Inventory control (FIFO) and conducting monthly inventory counts * Verifying the condition, cleanliness, and functionality of equipment * Recording and reporting incidents related to instrument reception * Preparing reports (expirations, consumption, shortages, stockouts) * Packaging and shipping materials according to internal policies * Generating delivery slips and related documentation * Providing general support for warehouse operations **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Administration preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device warehousing, Spine, Osteosynthesis, and/or Joint Replacement * Knowledge of inventory and medical material management * Proficiency in Office applications (basic Excel), operating systems, and administrative software **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Results orientation * Teamwork and effective communication * Service-oriented attitude and empathy * Proactivity and initiative **We Offer** * Professional development * Collaborative work environment * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Application Questions: * In the past year, at which hospital-sector companies have you worked? * Do you have experience with spine, osteosynthesis, and/or joint replacement systems? * Have you assisted in supplying spine, osteosynthesis, and/or joint replacement supplies? * What is your level of proficiency in Excel? * Which system or ERP do you master?
