Job Summary: We are seeking a Training and Development professional with experience to manage training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate personnel development within an automotive environment. Deliver and document training sessions. Coordinate and monitor training courses according to established plans and programs. Ensure compliance with STPS training requirements and issue training competency certificates. Administer Development Programs. Participate in special and internal communication events. Coordinate emergency response team training (First Aid, Firefighters, and Evacuation). Support implementation of quality system dissemination programs: ISO 9001:2002 / IATF 16949, ISO 14001. Respond to audits related to training and competency matters. **Qualifications** Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar roles within the automotive sector. Experience managing training and personnel development programs (headcount exceeding 1,000 people). Advanced English proficiency. Development and tracking of Training Procedures. Development and tracking of Competency Development Plans (DNC), Development Programs, and ILUO matrices. Knowledge and ability to ensure compliance with STPS regulations. Knowledge and application of training-related standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
