Professional stability within a highly specialized technical environment. **Project Manager – Substations and High-Voltage Transmission Lines (115 KV)** **Location:** Palenque, Chiapas (surrounding area). **Contract Type:** Fixed-term project (duration exceeding 1 year). **Sector:** Energy / Electrical Infrastructure. **Position Description** We are seeking a **Project Manager** with extensive experience in the electrical sector to lead a critical project involving the refurbishment, rehabilitation, and installation of a **CFE substation** and overhead lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and delivery schedule requirements in a technically demanding environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Management:** Lead the full rehabilitation and commissioning cycle of the substation. * **Technical Supervision:** Coordinate overhead line work and switching operations at **115 KV**. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all installations and processes comply with CFE’s technical specifications and safety regulations. * **Construction Control:** Supervise the refurbishment of existing infrastructure and installation of new equipment. * **Resource Management:** Manage on-site operational personnel, subcontractors, and materials. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **6 years** in leadership roles within substation and transmission line projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience working with **115 KV** systems and current CFE regulations. * **Skills:** Budget management, construction scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * **Availability:** Willingness to work in the Palenque, Chiapas area. **We Offer:** * Integration into a strategic, long-term project (exceeding 12 months). * Attractive **compensation and additional benefits package** (to be determined based on profile). * Professional stability within a highly specialized technical environment.
