Professional development and hands-on learning **Project: Optimization and Standardization of Local IT Support** **Objective:** Contribute to improving local technical support processes, strengthening service quality, technical documentation, and IT asset management, while generating hands-on learning and professional development for the intern. **Profile:** * Currently enrolled student * Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field * On-site modality **Responsibilities:** * Review and analysis of Site Support tickets * Identification of most frequent incidents * Support in Asset Management * Documentation and standardization of procedures **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of hardware and software (basic to intermediate) Type of position: Apprentice Salary: $5,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
