




Job Summary: Payroll Tax (ISN) Coordinator responsible for calculating, monitoring, ensuring compliance with, and addressing obligations related to the ISN nationwide, working collaboratively with various departments and external firms. Coordination with Payroll, IMSS, Finance, and external firms At Miniso Mexico, we are seeking a Payroll Tax (ISN) Coordinator with solid experience in tax and multi-company payroll operations. You will be responsible for calculating, monitoring, ensuring compliance with, and addressing obligations related to the ISN nationwide. This role requires close coordination with Payroll, IMSS, Finance, and external firms. Key Responsibilities * Monthly calculation of ISN across different states and regimes. * Use of state-level platforms and generation of payment reference lines. * Responding to inquiries, clarifications, and authorities (online and in-person). * Support and attendance during audits. * Reconciliation between ISN and IMSS. * Tracking incidents and validating payroll information. * Generation of reports and document control. Essential Requirements * Certified Public Accountant. * 3+ years of experience handling ISN for multi-company and multi-site operations nationwide. * Willingness to travel. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). * Strong experience in payroll, earnings, deductions, social security, and IMSS. * Experience using state-level ISN platforms. * Preferred: Experience using Fortia System (payroll + IMSS).
